Reservations and PoliciesReservations | Dog Friendly | Cleaning Rates (in US Dollars ): House (the Homestead): 3BR, 2 queen and 2 twin beds; rollaways and sleeper sofas. Cabin 1 (the Hoot): 1BR with queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. Cabin 2 (the Howl): 1BR with queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. All cabins are non-smoking. Thank you for your understanding. Reservations: To reserve the house or cabins all you have to do is give us a call at 828-553-5147 or 828-883-4392 or you can e-mail reservations@russelinleaves.com. All holiday and weekly reservations require a 50% deposit within 5 business days of making reservation. Balance due upon arrival. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time, but we do accept personal checks, travelers checks and cash. Check In/Out: Check In time is 3PM or later unless prior arrangements have been made. Check Out time is 11AM. If these times are not convenient we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations: If for some reason you need to cancel 30 or more days before your reservation date we will gladly refund your deposit and hope to see you in the future. If you need to cancel 14 to 30 days before your reservation date we will refund your deposit minus $20.00 if we can rebook your cabin. If not we will refund one-half of your deposit. Any cancellations 14 days or less before your reserved date deposit will not be refunded. Dog Friendly - Sorry No Cats 'Dogs are not our whole lives... but they make our lives whole.' Annie has been in the dog business professionally since 1970... and still is. She operates Tailwaggers Dog Grooming and pet care at our home adjacent to Russelin' Leaves Cabins. We know how important your dog is to your family and wouldn't think of asking you to leave him/her behind while you're on vacation. Adhering to pet stipulations will insure a great time for all and guarantee that future guests traveling with their dog will be welcome.
Tailwaggers offers doggie daycare to guests when available. Feel free to visit the pet accommodations anytime for more details and information. Cleaning Fees We do not charge an automatic / non-refundable cleaning fee as many accommodations do. Our policy is to require a $100 refundable cash cleaning / damage deposit. You are asked to simply 'leave it like you found it' and get your deposit back. Keeping the house / cabins clean during your stay is your reponsibility. We do a complete cleaning when you leave. Please leave laundry in baskets on porch. There is a laundry room located at the house for everyone's personal use.
Keeping your rental reasonably clean for us ensures guests that no unnecessary cleaning fees will be applied. |
